We have been active in the residential markets in Knightsbridge, Chelsea, South Kensington and Fulham areas for over 20 years. We have a number of overseas clients for whom we have purchased property as an investment and then we have let and managed them on our client's behalf. We have recently been involved with residential properties in Chelsea, Parsons Green, Fulham, Earls Court and West Kensington.
We further advise development companies with site acquisitions in Central London and the South East of England. Also we advise clients on residential blocks.
In 2011 we began an association with SKPM Property Consultants who specialise in all aspects of residential sales, lettings, property management and development. They offer a personal service and have been working within the prime central London market for a number of years.
