Get in touchJames joined Miles Commercial in June 2017 as a Placement Student and has recently returned as a property manager. Following his achievement of 1st class honours in an accountancy degree, James obtained a MSc Degree in Real Estate at Cass Business School. James is now working towards his APC.
At Miles Commercial, James works within the property management team where he’s responsible for rent and service charge collection and facilitates the co-ordination of specialist services such as insurance procurement. Furthermore, he provides strategic advice on rent reviews and lease renewals on Miles Commercial’s extensive property portfolio. As well as working in the West End of London, James has had experience of working in international property markets during his time in Malta.
In his spare time, James enjoys socialising and keeping active. He is also a Truants member, which involves representing the charity and organising events to raise money for Nordoff Robins, Teenage Cancer Trust & Childline to support their ongoing projects.
